Carr Properties
Carr Properties is a privately held real estate investment trust that owns, manages, acquires, and develops high-quality properties in Washington, D.C. and Boston, Massachusetts. The Company currently owns a portfolio of 13 commercial office properties totaling approximately 4.2 million square feet and maintains a pipeline of three development projects that will add a further 2 million square feet to our portfolio of properties. We are continuing to expand through strategic investments in the Washington, D.C. and Boston, Massachusetts areas.
This project included quite a few elements - logo, brand guidelines, website, film, brochure, and HTML eblast templates.

Carr Properties went through a rebrand in 2019 in which they engaged Design Army’s help and expertise. This transformation was more than merely an aesthetic refresh, but also a reflection of a company wide transformation into a brand centered around experience and hospitality.
The Carr Experience
Carr Properties is reinventing the workplace experience by focusing on our customers’ wellbeing and productivity, allowing them to thrive – we call this The Carr Experience. By looking beyond conventional approaches to design and operations and introducing hospitality in the workplace, customers enjoy immersive, integrated and interactive environments within the building.
Sustainability
Introduced the first annual Sustainability Report, highlighting sustainability and wellness-related accomplishments throughout 2019 and 2020. This report outlines the approach adopted by Carr Properties to generate positive social and environmental outcomes in both the pre- and post-pandemic workspace.
COVID-19
Over the last few months, we have seen the world take numerous measures in an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19. The COVID-19 outbreak continues to test our businesses, lifestyle and routines. For many of our customers, that meant closing the physical location of their business, and for other customers, it meant closing the doors of their business completely for an extended period of time.
This project included - a guidebook, infographics, signage and an informative safety video.
